Spartan trainer bluetooth not working

Hello, The last couple of months my watch has increasingly been worse at syncing with my phone. Since 2 weeks it wasnt doing anything anymore so I removed it from my phones connected devices as to “reconnect” it. But the phone won’t find the watch. Airplane mode is off, connectivity is on. Could it be that the bluetooth module is broken? Any tips?

Did you disconnect the app from the watch ?
Did you forget the watch from SA ?You can also try to uninstall / install

Didn’t disconnect the watch from the app. The watch just doesn’t show up when I scan for bluetooth devices.

discovery is on, airplane mode is off. shouldn’t be more than that to it?

Have you tried to soft reset the watch? Press the top right button for 12 seconds.

Tried the soft reset, to no avail.

Anyway search for the watch from SA, not from BT -
@sartoric I don’t see how this would affect the watch being found by the phone. I am still using the movescount app btw

@sartoric Did a factory reset using suunto link, now its working. Thanks for the advice anyhow!

@sartoric Next time . Always strange how a software thing can start to work worse and waorse over time and performing a reset “fixes” it.
