Problems with transferring data to Movescount

Hey,
I’m struggling to transfer data from the watch to Movcountcount. I have 6 moves in my watch, but I can’t see any of these moves on Movescount. I tried to reconnect them several times, but the problem persists. I don’t know what the problem is.

which watch? Do you use SA also?

Same Problem here since today…it was working until today but now I dont see moves in Movescount and no Sync to Strava

Also Suunto App Sync to Strava of todays Workout doesnt work

cannot download FIT file in Suunto App from this Workout (for other Workouts its possible)

Same problem, started working again after an hour. Unrelated, since I started getting adverts for the suunto app movescount has been starting to work worse and worse lately. especially through the mobile app, usually it won’t sync. Could this be a move from suunto to “nudge” us to the suunto app? #conspiracy theories

Spartan sport and I use SA too. But it’s working again.

Glad it works now, but I am a bit perplex here.
You both use SA, and your issue was not to see your moves in Movescount, and now it works.
SA doesn’t sync to Movescount.

Works fine until You edit sport modes in SA. I use that option for one year, Sync with BT with SA and with cable to Movescount

Seems that SA to Strava didn’t sync. I also connect my watch with the cable and Suuntolink to have the moves also in Movescount. And this move has been transferred with a delay also.
