Movescout altitude

Hello, My name is Thibaut and i’m new on the forum but i’m using Movescount since 1 year ish.
I have a problem with Movescout (website ). The altitude is not showing while i’m preparing itinaries. My old itinaries are also considering without any meter of ascent or descent…
I never had this problem before confinement. I found other persons with that problem but any solutions yet. Someone can help me with that please ?
Have Suunto schedule to correct this bug ?
