@Saketo-Nemo the only three major hardware innovations at corner that i ser are: Less consumption processors to accomodate amoled screens, graphene batteries much better than lithium, and gps chipsets with dual frequency with low consumption.
-
@Luís-Pinto
the problem of amoled screens I don’t think are the processors, but the technology itself, very energetic.
graphene batteries? Are you sure it’s close technology? As long as I don’t hear about it on cell phones, I’m afraid there will be no hope for us sports watches -
@Saketo-Nemo but if you reduce a little more processor energy, more battery you will have. But the real game changet will be graphene battery. Yes Samsung will launch new models with this technology.

I hate amoleds over transreflective screens. I cannot see my s7 on bright light
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos serious? Well in smartphones sometimes you have issues in seeing so is logic what you say, yes.
-
In the future, I would still like to see transreflective screens in sports watches

We have been talking about the successor of lithium for years, but there is still nothing on the market. -
@Saketo-Nemo this pandemic is delaying everything.

@Luís-Pinto Who does know testers?
Testers… testers… testers…
-
@Bulkan everytime that a model is concepted, should have months that specific people test.

Yup. I just hate amoleds. Even cannot see my smartphone.
I run with the s7 in Greece with polarized glasses, couldn’t see a thing.

I have the same issue with my smartphone. That’s why the angle of the plane of polarization in LCDs matter. All LCDs should have it at 45° in smartphones and 90° in watch displays. How is it angled in the S7?
