Training program/planned moves

Just as a vote reminder

… of course it started as a “planner” topic and then deviated to structured workout
anyway the initial purpose was to have the classic MC activities planner -
so the planning page on the watch is literally non-functional now?
-
@Roox911 Yes, a bummer. I keep asking about this but don’t know what is going to happen.

Training program from Suunto App!
And
Training program from Qs! -
what about if i found the movescount app for android? Can i use both at the same time, at least temporarily to put in my planned training sessions for the next few months?
Secondary question: Does anyone have the MC apk handy? I checked apkmirror and its not available.
-
@Roox911 Until MC is down this will work just fine.
-
@Brad_Olwin sweet. I can at least get a few months pre-planned in it.
Know anyone with the apk?
-
@Roox911 Sorry, I am on iOS

I’m not sure about planned activities. Sometimes ago someone (yes it’s a bit foggy ) told he/she wasn’t able to get it sync to the watch
-
@sartoric
got it to work with the mc app (found it on the web)Basically you have to unpair it from SA and pair with MCapp - then let it sync the planned training days - then reverse the pairing/un-pairing.
Works perfectly (well… i mean its cludgy and unnecessarily silly, but it works!)
Currently have about 2 months of my training plan synced… will probably finish up till end of summer after dinner tonight.
edit: well, ok… its not seamless, turns out i lost all of my custom exercises, which is a bit of a pain in the ass. Guess i’ll have to fix that tonight as well.

@Roox911
That is one of the cons. One of the main reason I’m no more using both apps
I suggest you to read the topics about “parallel use” -

Every time you sync with MC app you will lose the custom sport modes in SA. I simply do not customize in SA. The routes work just fine.

Well not entirelly true. I use Movescount (WEB) and I use SA. I have custom sport modes and heart rate graph on some sports (from SA). I sync watch with cable to movescount (routes, moves, settings) and I sync watch wirellesly with SA
(moves only not setting and routes). Works perfect, jou just need 20 minutes to configure this settings. One note, I if have to edit sport modes i need to fully connect to SA and disconect from Movescount, than forget pairing with SA and connect to movescount again and partially connect to SA (no sport customization, only connection)
