S9B wrong time + not sinc training
-
@tomahawk5000
If you see it in Strava, then it has been “read” from your watch, and synced to cloud.
Please uninstall the app and reinstall it, and tell us
Your move should be resynced or just read from cloud. -
I did it as you said but still nothing…
StrangePs maybe it’s important maybe not. On watch I see just time, distance and speed nothing else
PS2 now I don’t see that workout even in Strava but I’m sure that it was there. Anyway now I see that just in logbook on my watch

Have you made a firmware update after your move? Or a watch hard reset?
If yes, your move is lost, unfortunetly. -
@Mff73 how I made firmware update? I’m not sure what do you mean. Firmware update on my watch? It’s only one way I guess? Via original app on Windows platform.
I’ve never made hard reset (I mean this via Windows app) only this by first button on watch.
To by honest I don’t care about this workout but I just want to understand what/how this happend and how to avoid similar situations once I will made more important workout, for now I know that better is to not use this GPS option (less accuracy) -
@tomahawk5000
I am totally lost
You had it in strava…but no more.
You never had it in SA nor in Endomondo.
It is on your watch, but you never hardreset your watch (=reset to factory with Windows Suuntolink).
On your watch you see only the duration, distance and speed, but no graph, nothing else (maybe due to GPS OK mode ?).
You desinstalled the SuuntoApp and reinstalled it and nothing. -
@Mff73 yes it’s all true what you said. Should I make hard reset? After this I lost my days about vo2max and prepared workout? I mean this information what I see during exercise?
-
@tomahawk5000
if you do a hardreset you will lose this activity, it is sure, and all other activities that eventually are not synced.
So if you really want to investigate, no hardreset.
But your other problem was time totally weird, right ? For this, maybe a hardreset could help, but if it happens again.For your activity not in SA, the most strange is that it disapeared from Strava, it shouldn’t.
I don’t have any other idea. Except check on Sportstracker site if your activity is there. -
@Mff73 ok I’ll check but what do you mean by sportstracker? Is it web page?
-
@tomahawk5000
https://www.sports-tracker.com/login
Using your SA credentials.
it is not the SA web page, but sportstracker share the same database with SuuntoApp, so things can happen here and there differently. -
@Mff73 still nothing, I cannot find it there too. I’ll check again this with the same GPS settings and let you know if the issue appears again.
-
Guys I don’t want open new thread that is why I’ll ask here
Is it correct is it right that during exercise kcal are not count if I turn off HR monitor? -
@tomahawk5000 They are counted if you are doing walking or running, I don’t know about cycling. The watch makes an estimate but I have found it very low.
-
I made 10km and after this I had just 50kcal…
