@Viking1291
In a custom sport mode you need to add the interval screen to be able to use it.If you are using the default one … That’s strange
Anyway this has been discussed several time. please, search the existing topics if you need more info about it.

How do i find that?
Can`t you explain it shortly?English is not my Mothertongue ^^
-
I found something… but just for Movescount… not for the Suunto App… And i use the Suunto App IOS Version. But i still dont know hot to actived it ^^
-
So are you using a custom sport mode made in Suunto App ?
I’m on android but I guess it’s the same in IOs … simply add new view/screen (or update an existing one) and select interval oneIf not, did you ask your best friend ?

Oh Believe me… i hate to ask before i searched. I found that Page two Days ago. And in German as in English, it does not tell me how to switch on the Invervall stuff for a Custom run.
And i really tried it…
I made a new Run… got down to one of the intervall things… selected it… startet the Watch… didnt worked out

Don’t go too bad with yourself, search may be sometimes hard.

Does it help ? -
Yes and no. I was that far. I added an Interval Screen and synchronised the watch… but there wasnt the Option for Intervalls in the Sportmode after this…
-
strange.
eventually soft reset the watch, and resync, in case…
eventually uninstall the app and reinstall it and check if your sportmode still have the interval screen.
After that … (?) -
@Viking1291 Hello!
Here you can see some video instructions: youtube link
Sorry, coz it’s on russian, but in this video, you can see a watch screen and make some setup according to it.
My double sorry to moderators if I, somehow, brake the rules. -
@Eugene-Benkovskiy no rules broken, I don’t understand Russian but the video seems corresponding to your description

Ok, so intervals are working.
Can you show us which screens do you have in custom mode ?Which app version do you have ? Are you using beta ?
But i dont know how to activate it on Suunto Link …
?? SuuntoLink ?? am I missing something ?
-
Sorry… I was wrong. Not Suunto Link.
Suunto App. 1.16.1 (8042). IOS. Up to Date.
So i go to the Custom Mode.
I take Running. Then there comes the Screen thing. (4 Positions/3 Positions/5 Positions) what ever you want.
So i take 5 Screens:
- Average Speed (overall)
- Time for the Move
- Actual Speed (min/km)
- Distance
- Actual Intervall Time (in the Part for Intervalls)
I save it and sync the Watch.
Then i go to the Watch. Start my Custom Mode. Go to Option… no Intervalls availble

@Viking1291 said in Spartan Invervall Mode:
You need to add a screen from the main view (the one with the watch image) swipe to the left, and then click change (or add new display).
Then if you scroll down you should see interval screens, those with the yellow stuff at the top and 2/6 inside it
like this one

Okay… i am a bunch of Stupidity… and you are my Hero ^^
