Can't reset my spartan sport wrist HR :(

My watch only shows down arrow with dots on screen .
SuuntoLink Windows 10 application recognizes the watch. It tries to update to the same version of software on the watch but it does not succeed and returns back to the same state.I also tried to Reset All Settings from the menu on SunntoLink. It also requests watch reset. The same thing happens and it returns to the same state.
Any help?

@Ahmet-Kayhan-Öğretir can you manage to restart the watch keeping the top right button pressed until the watch reboots?

Also, if nothing else works, you can try to wait until the full battery uncharge. After this, the watch may work fine. It helped me once.
