When it says watch need to be reset, do you unplug it?
When upgrade has begun, whatever Suuntolink says, wait without unplugging (let says 20min max to be sure). -
Same problem here … (got mine a day ago), did you get a solution from support ?
If not I will just send mine back (online shopping has mandatory refunds here). -

OK, go for support -
Sorry had been working alot lately and forgot to check. I contacted support which said wait for the battery to completely drain then try hooking it up again. Its been about 4 days now and its still doing the same thing. Hoping that the battery is going to drain completely soon so I can try it again

Tell us how it goes and if we can don anything… but support will help, be patient in these days.

If you can, turn on the GPS, that will drain the battery quickly
