I have a single activity that is not syncing with Suunto app but is still in watch logbook

First try to uninstall the app and reinstall it. And tell us.

Does the activity have a grey o colored icon in logbook ?
Did you upgrade the firmware before syncing ? Do you see any graph data (hr) in logbook summary ?
