Suunto Core Extreme Edition Everest
-
For years, I have been an avid fan of Suunto products. Some time ago I purchased in “New Old Stock” condition the “Suunto Core Extreme Edition Everest” watch which has become a true gem in my collection. I have been enjoying this watch for several months until I noticed that display symbols / pixels have started to gradually disappear: currently 5 lines of display pixels are gone. Battery replacement did not help to fix this issue. Sent 2 emails with supporting photos to support@suunto.com but got no response. Would appreciate any advice on how to have this issue fixed.

@TELE-HO thank you very much for your prompt advice. I will visit the nearest service center in the Philippines. I wonder if they will ask me to pay. It’s a pity that a special and limited edition watch has this kind of deffect.

@Vitalie if it’s in warranty then it should be cost free
