Activity in Suunto App but marked as "Not synced" in User Profile

Hi,
I have a recent activity that has synced from the watch (Suunto 9 Core) to the Suunto App (Android 4.17.4), however it has a label “Not synced” in the User Profile of the App.
Here is the screenshot. See first activity in the list Mountaineering 2/20/2020 with comment “Cayambe”.
There are a few other things not working for that activity:
- it did not sync to Strava
- when trying to download the FIT file, it doesn’t download anything
- when hitting the share button in the App, the wheel of death spins forever
Looks like this activity is in a weird state. What can I do to unlock?

You çan delete this activity in the app, then uninstall thé app and reinstall it. The app should resync it from thé watch and try to sync it to the clouds again. -
@gcachet what it means is that the activity was copied from the watch to the app, but not from the app to the Suunto cloud (and therefore to partners, etc.).

Thanks both! I was suspecting that it didn’t sync with the cloud and was worried to lose the activity by deleting in the app (I had this problem before) but that worked out perfectly!

I have same problem, I know I can reinstall app, but do I have to do it daily? I did it yesterday and evening activity (stretching) did not sync. Last unsynced activity was also stretching - is this just a coincidence? Morning weight training synced ok…
