I don't have interval option into my own training

Hi, I see that once I will choose running from defined trainings by me I don’t have interval option but once I’ll choose running from defined trainings by Suunto this option is available. Do you know how?

Do you mean “custom sport mode” ?
If yes you’ll find a lot of info with a quick search (alway try it first

Because it’s a view in a custom mode … so you can customize it
