Power Save issue after charged watch.
-
Hi,
Last time I had a strange issue related to Power Save. When I start my exercise during the time I got a notification about going into power save mode because of my battery level. I choose that option meantime I finished my exercise and save activity. When I back home I turn on a watch to the power supply. The problem accrued when I start checking if all activities sync to SuuntoAPP. I figure out that watch has been charged up to 100% but PowerSave mode doesn’t turn off, I couldn’t connect the watch to the Suunto app to sync and all my settings related to brightness, button sound, etc. also doesn’t work until I restart the watch. And yes, I try to reflash last firmware, also reconnect to the suunto app (that one won’t work when the watch was in PowerSave mode because Bluetooth doesn’t work)

@Michał-Rudzki reboot doesnt fix this ?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Reboot helps, but that is strange when watch has been charged up to 100% power save mode doesn’t off.
-
@Michał-Rudzki so it randomly turns on?
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos it happened only when I use power save mode, but that appears when the watch is not charged up and during an exercise getting the prompt to go into Power Save mode. Just choose that option, finishing my training and connecting the watch to power supply to charge and sync. But after charging Power Save mode won’t turn off and Bluetooth doesn’t work, so can’t sync my saved trainings. Need to reboot the watch to turn off Power-save mode. And it happened right now twice, and that has happened only when watch was under 30% and I am working out. I don’t know if it happened randomly because till now I never did exercise when the watch hasn’t been charged…

@Michał-Rudzki I do not change to power save when I am exercising and the watch is about to die. The SA Wear App will save the exercise right up until the watch dies so I would not go into power save mode. I use power save when not exercising and it is fine.

@Brad_Olwin I am really trying to understand your point of view and think about what should I write… (I wondered by the really long time) I am disappointed by the fact that the solution is to just stop using the feature/bug. I don’t like ‘small talk’ so please be kind and if you don’t have a solution/answer on that, please contact someone else from the forum or direct contact to suunto to dev team that was responsible for programming that features and explain the problem. You know when I buy a car with feature colled AirConditiondary I am expecting I can use during my drive even if my fuel/gas is running out.
I found a glitch in my watch, strange behavior decides to contact first with the community but I see it’s pointless… really shame…

Could you show me what do you refer to power saving ?
Is it the endurance or ultra mode or the powersaving setting ?
I am using this feature almost everyweek, even a few mins ago and never had this issue.
