Suunto 9 Adaptive training plan
-
Not news about it ?
-
@omunoz Not at all
-
Adaptive training is very neat feature. This is one I would wish to be brought into Suunto 9
-
I try « boost » adaptative training on S5 but my level of training is to high for the algorithm.
I’m not a great athlete but my VO2 max is between 52-50. -
The adaptive training feature is not useful for those that exercise regularly and as I said before, not a feature I would want on the S9 or its successor. I’ve tried it on the 5 and the 3 and I agree with @Mi_chael.

Something simpler:
I want to plan my training
(similar to Movescount)“Final Surge” has a simple planner, with library, weekly count, and more.
Simple but very correct. -

Simple but very correct.And it can be “imported” to s9b and having the watch telling you what to do/zones/times/distances/etc?

Yes, it’s great features that Movescount have.
Waiting for SA implement…
Sorry I was not clear, my question was if SA was able to do it. I thought not

@André-Faria
At the moment you cannot import training plans. But I think this will be implemented in the future.
Guided training no. -
Training calendar is different than adaptive training, and there is a request already.

This is the move planning request: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/164/planning-moves
