@Andrew-Chau If your trying to go back one menu level HOLD the middle button down. In fact you can keep it down and go all the way back to the clock.

It’s not just you. And it hasn’t always been the case at Suunto.
The main Ambit menu is looped and customisable to the extent that you can hide un-wanted functions. Either, both or full customisation would be nice in a more advanced watch. Perhaps just the option to reorder the list.
[Mountain/molehill Mode ON] It’s a long, slow slog from Settings to Environment or annoying to go back in order to go forward. [Mountain/molehill Mode OFF] [… Still a bloody mole problem, tho’.]
