Suunto 9 Ambassador Strap?
-
@fejker I really love the textile straps, but €60-€70 for the strap !?!?!
Sorry Suunto, a bit too much for me for a “simple” textile strap. -
@fejker I agree on this logic 100%
However, look at the clothes from cyclists
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
I like some colors that make things not look just black… if there would be orange, yellow or some other colors textile strap I would consider buying one.one of my cycling jersey is blue and bright yellow without brand or commercials, but it’s true this is not easy to find
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos @fejker
Just look at everything you wear nowadays with a visible brand on it -
@surfboomerang If you think it’s an unnecessary expense, you can always buy something universal with a width of 24 mm.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos yes, that is why I get those cycling jerseys at a discount.
@Maryn Yep, always look at third party manufacturers. The 9 series owners are lucky to have a standard width and mounting.
I just received a red, blue and black replacement strap for my Spartan Ultra from China … works like a charm and costs 10 € per strap compared to the original boring 50 € per strap from Suunto which only comes in black/stealth/white fort the SSU. -
@TELE-HO, something like this?
Well, the colour straps looks quite yellow on the photo, in fact they are more orange.
I bought it on AliExpress for 2$ with shipping… -
yeah, there are lots of cheap straps, but the engine turn isn’t so much
-
@zhang965 it doesn’t give you +5 to speed?
-
@Maryn said in Suunto 9 Ambassador Strap?:
@zhang965 it doesn’t give you +5 to speed?
nope,
money - 250
-
-
cheap strap but expensive … wallets ?
-
Tough crowd lol.
I dig it, different strokes for different folks.
-
How much cooler does this look compared to the original.
I haven’t tried the blue one yet, but it’s just refreshing to see some new color.
And I kept the original black buckle ecause the replacements came with a silver one and this just looks better with the Titanium Black model.
