Import or resync an activity

Hi, I was trying to resolve a problem in syncing between Suunto App and Strava.
I exported the .fit file of the activity from SA, then I deleted it in the App.
Then I resynced the watch with the App, but the activity dosen’t show up.
There’s any way to get it back? I still have the .fit file and the activity in the watch.

If on Android reinstall the app and that should do the trick
