      Hi,

My Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR froze today. I tried performing a soft reset (holding upper right button for 12-15 seconds), but there is no response. I also tried other combinations of buttons, but still no response. I wanted to try a factory reset through Suuntolink, but Suuntolink also does not register my watch.

Is there anything else I can try?
For what it’s worth: I tried sending a log to Suunto through Suuntolink. The provided Log-ID was 868160758414319, although I doubt it would contain information regarding the watch itself.

      Kind regards,

      Bob

I am afraid I know of this issue and my response will be to wait for its battery to die.
You can also try all buttons press and hold combination but I don’t know it it will work.

Success! Waiting for the battery to die did the trick.
