I have one old notification that stays on the watch. I see it when pressing the middle button from the watch face. Seems like a bug in firmware.

what you can do is to soft reset your watch to get rid of them (will not reset any settings etc.)
should be holding upper button for 15 secs (not sure)SA 1.7.0 (6847) | SSWHRB 2.5.18 | Ambit 3 Peak

Soft reset erase GPS ephemeris.
So SA sync is needed after reset before any gps activity. -

Thought starting an anctivity will get it back (think worked on mine)
