Description of introducing the feature

Hi,
I’m trying to read a release Android 3.59.1, but some names of feature a seem puzzling. Is there a place when the features have a long description than a few words?

For example:

• 247 data backend sync - I don’t know what introduce that feature.
• Loading state for sharing view - as above

generally, I can mention all of them.

@marianciu IMHO,I think the first one means that, your heart rate registered by your watch will be recorded in the smartphone and now, it will be uploaded to the database as well.
