Movescount not tracking progress since week 1 2019?
I know that the fate of Movescount is sealed and that it will be phased out next year the soonest.
However, I am seeing that since the first few days of 2019 Movescount is not tracking the performance of the moves for Personal Bests and Yearly Progress purposes.
I say so because my first run was on January 2nd, but afterwards (my next run was on January 8th) no other moves were recorded for that purposes. They do appear, though, for other purposes such as feeling tracking, days active, etc. In the yearly progress. It is just that moves are not counting for that performance tracking. My moves have been mixed with Stryd in use and not in use, so that should not affect (even though moves with Stryd did count for that tracking purpose).
Has anyone been experiencing this? Is this a bug or on purpose (i.e. already movescount’s digital services are starting to be reduced)? If the case is the latter, that would be quite bad, as these personal bests and yearly progress features is still not present in Suunto App or Sports Tracker.
Edit: include snapshots.
@jsuarez same here, last input visible in Personal Bests and Yearly Progress appears to be Jan.1st and then nothing beyond that, this is what they mean in stating “we are winding down”?
What a pity!!! I wish those features come to the future (eventual) web interface.
this issue is under fix
Thank goodness. Thanks for the info, @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos .
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos your word in gods ear
The issue seems to be resolved as of today (my run of today shows correctly), but previous moves between early January and today do not show in the graph. A minor annoyance, but very happy to have these features back!!!
