My FusedAlti is working most of the time but not always. Suunto is aware that FusedAlti is not always activated and working on it. I find it best not to manually calibrate. The majority of my ski tours have summits within 10-20m of the actual altitude but I have had examples similar to yours. Since this is a new chip for Suunto there will be improvements in GPS correction of altitude. You are not the only one seeing this issue.

Not sure if this the right thread or I should start a new one. Today I did two activities in a row. The second one started 5 minutes after the first one ended. I’d expect the altitude to be adjusted during the first activity, but to my surprise FusedAlti kicked in in the beginning of the second on and adjusted by the same 100 feet as the first one. See the two screenshots:
