Race S reliability
-
I’ve ran 30 races this year, mainly off road, my Race S has failed 6 times now & been replaced once already.
Last night I had so soft reset it at the start line as it froze
I already went to a Fitbit Air as a back up for day to day metrics & also a back up if the watch fails mid race again, so at least I have a rough idea of my time/distance
At what point do you start to lose faith? -
@Goatee before loosing faith I would (if it was mine, in case you haven’t):
1 - soft reset
2 - hard reset
3 - send it for warrantysoftware as bugs and hardware can fail…important is to solve. no hardware is perfect.

@André-Faria already soft & hard reset. This is the newer replacement watch as the last one was warrantied a couple of months ago after same issues
