I think I don’t get it - is it some kind of stiching separate activities together? If it would be just one activity, then laps would be sufficient

@VoiGAS Looks to me like something that would bridge the issue with not being able to resume an activity. A thru hiker or bike packer would potentially find it useful when on multi-day adventures. It also looks like you are able to use multiple activities to be tracked in the total journey. I guess you could hike to a mountain, climb up and do a traverse and then cycle home after hiking back out and it all be tracked as one. What it does not explain is whether it stitches them all together in one activity in the Suunto app upon completion or if the activities will all look like the separate ones you started while in the field.

Might be useful, but I have not done any multi day backpacking adventures in over a year. The example in the video is doing Mont Blanc Route and being able to see climbing totals, total time spent and total miles logged. Again it would be best if they would all come together in the Suunto app, but I am guessing that that does not happen.

Maybe this is like the equipment tracker. Joaquin seems to be making apps that plug holes in what people complain about Suunto not having. For that I am thankful.

For me I don’t see a use for the equipment tracker because it does not show up in the app after the activity. I think the data just lives in your watch. I could be wrong though.

@Stavrogin Ah, I see. Something like the missing “Resume later” function. But I don’t think there will be a possibility to have the overview in the app. But still a good idea for the multi day hikers
