      Hi everyone,

Something really frustrating happened to me today.

I created and organized my interval workout in the app without any issues. I synced it to SuuntoPlus (S+) and started the workout. It was the only S+ app I had selected.

The warm-up block worked exactly as expected. At the 4 km mark, I received the alert and the watch switched to the “Rest” screen. However, when I changed screens on the watch, I noticed that the CONSTANTIN app screen had somehow appeared, even though I had never selected it. It was completely black, showing only the titles with no functionality. My interval workout screen was also entirely black.

From that point on, the watch stopped giving me the alerts for the start and end of the remaining workout blocks. I had to complete the entire session manually using the lap button.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

It’s really disappointing to spend time planning a structured workout only to have the watch fail to guide you through it. I recently switched from COROS, where creating structured workouts and following the watch alerts worked flawlessly.

This is now the third time I’ve had issues with structured workouts. The problems haven’t always been the same—sometimes it’s synchronization, other times the watch has unexpectedly restarted—but they all end up disrupting the workout.

I’m honestly starting to regret making the switch.
