      how it is possible to have this jump in Ressources?
      i went for 1 houer into the forest doing a bit running, came back, removed the watch took a shower.
      then i had the jump or i saw it.

          @SamuelP i notice if you soft reset, resources are set to 70. so i don’t really pay attention to that anymore.

            @mickywickyftw inknow soft reset does that. But it’s weird it happens in the middle of the day.

            Actually, yesterday it happened twice πŸ˜… no idea why

              Honestly, the whole Resources feature seems completely useless to me. For me it always howers at around 100% rarely if ever reflecting how I feel.

              Here is a good example. This is a day when I did a grueling 8+ hour race - look how quickly resources jumped back a few hours after I finished the race:

                Yes, Resources algorithm is complete nonsense. On my Race S, it is affected by battery charging, as if it measures battery stress. 🧐
                After charging the battery in the morning, the resources would decline in red over the whole day! Now I only charge at night before sleep, so this way I only get one or two bars of red, because sleep phase seems to not be affected by this phenomena.
