Do you need to do anything special to get the sync. Mine is not syncing activities from the weekend?
-
@Mads-Sørensen yes the sync has to be redone. Sorry for that.
Atm there is no other way to redo the sync but rather
- Delete the unsynced to Strava moves
- uninstall the app, forget the pairing, and redo the install + sync.
That will also create duplicates but will send the ones on strava (the ones that where missing)
-
Delete activities on Strava and Suunto App and then sync again should be enough, no?
As activities deleted from Suunto App are re-synced from the watch if they are not remove on it. -
@Tim4c correct
-
@Tim4c All activities deleted via the app are resynced if they exist at the watch

I get the duplicates, but no sync to Strava…

@Mads-Sørensen was the non Strava synced activity deleted first? You are using a Spartan right (or s9/s3)

Yes using a Spartan
- deleted activity from SA app (3.54.1)
- uninstalled the app
- installed the app
- logged in
- paired and synced watch, got the older activities as duplicates as well as the recent.
- 15 min later and nothing yet in Strava
-
@Mads-Sørensen hmmm. I did this as well. Last step repeat with unpairing the watch as well. (from phone BT settings after uninstalling the app) .
It took me 1-2 tries to get my long run yesterday to Strava (one try I did as you did without unpairing)
So please try that and if that works lets try to add it as a “help” guide here

No luck, did the unparing aswell. Just for test i did a small 40 sec “workout” now and that activity synced perfectly. Then I made the entire procedure again, deleting both my test (also deleted in strava) and the non synced activtiy. Unpaired etc. Synced again. Then my test activity synced perfectly, but the other did not…
Oh well.

@Mads-Sørensen pffffff
-
I just finished a 3km run and the HR data isn’t transferred to Strava…?
Do I need to delete the app and resync for future runs? -
@filozof you have the latest beta on this?
-
I have that same issue too with HR. Now I have manually “synced” from Movescount while I have been waiting fix for it So, no HR for me either.
-
@jwiberg afaik the HR should be fixed since yesterday
-
I had a workout last night, the HR (belt) did not sync to Strava. I have the lastest beta version installed and until last Thursday HR did sync to Strava.
-
curiously, it does not calculate correctly the average rhythm of manual laps.
