Alarm triggered late!

Hi there . (I think there was a similar post but i cannot find it )

Last night i set my alarm for 8.34am and it only triggered at 9.04 when I pickup my watch to see the time and actually scrolled down the menu to see if i had missed setting an alarm ….

Coming back to this . Tonight I enabled power saving of the watch and had an alarm for 7am . I happened to wake up at 7.10 and the alarm hadn’t triggered . When I picked up the watch and clicked on it to see the time , after a few seconds the alarm triggered . I feel there is an issue with with it entering some sleep mode

Thanks god it never happened to me. I always set two alarms. First on Suunto Watch, vibrates only.
Second on phone like 2 minutes after watch alarm.
Watch is super silent and won’t wake anyone else except me, but reading posts I would ulset phone just to be safe, even if watch alarm works. When I wake up by watch I just turn off phone alarm for next one, two clicks, takes 10s of my life. I trust Suunto but not about alarms. I never had a problem but I remember like year or two ago many people had that problem. Better have two alarms than none

If that helps somehow I use do not disturb mode (I never used save battery option when going sleep)

@isazi right ! I am just letting it lying on the table next to my bed

@thanasis okay, I can test that. When the watch is still for a while it enters a deep sleep state with most hardware being turned off. I will test with the new firmware and report it to Suunto if it happens. But it may be something that is not easy to fix, or not, I cannot tell.

@isazi ok thanks . This is a vertical 1 btw.

It also only happened when there was no WiFi coverage.
