Watch faces hiding or not available for Suunto Race S?

Hi folks - I’m new to Suunto, having moved across from Garmin. Before I bought the watch I checked on the Suunto website about watch face customisation and it clearly says “You can install several other watch faces, both digital and analog styles, from the SuuntoPlus
Store in Suunto app.”, but when I open the app, there are no watch faces visible and a long chat with Suunto help ended up with them saying that no other faces are available other than the handful on the watch itself. Have an other Race S owners overcome this, and if so, how. -

Start by tapping on the watch icon in the upper left cornerSuunto app on Android looks like this:
There are over fifty watch faces available. Are you on the latest 2.53.42 watch firmware? If your app looks different, post some screenshots showing the SuuntoPlus Store and the Watch faces section.
