[SSSWHR]Battery Problem and incapable service

I am facing a problem with my Suunto Spartan Sport watch and i wanted to see if somebody else is having that problem with the battery.
I was using the watch 6 months and everything was fine. But the last 2 monhs i saw an issue with the battery, For example i fully charged the watch. 24 hours later i went for a one hour run. Before the run it has 75% battery and when i return 60%. I connect it with the cable to synchronize my move and suuntolink says that i have 15% !!!. I remove the watch after the sync and it says 15% and the watch…
I contact the support and they told me to do a reset but it was not fix my problem. If this doesnt fix my problem they told me to go to the local service or send it to them. I took it in the local service (Greece) and they told me that the battery is faulty so i can leave it to them to send it to Suunto or i can send it by myself. I choose the second one because they can take it and leave it whatever you are.
After 12 days Suunto send me back my watch and they said that the success fully UPDATE my watch!!! Really Suunto? Of course i am facing the same problem. Has anyone run into the same problem?

Which fw version? I was facing the same issue for months on my 2 SST (trainer), until the last firmware upgrade. Now there are just few differences in battery indication between pre charge, and after putting to charge (45% vs 43%, which seems good enough).

The sw version is 2.5.18

Then I can’t afford what’s happening. It must be a HW problem, because I didn’t read about that issue on your watch.

I had a similar battery problem with my SSSWHR baro, where the battery would die at 30%. I was never sure how much charge it actually had. Sent it off to Suunto, they repaired and it seems ok now.
Never had the issue with it displaying a different % when placing on charge, but when the watch does at 30% and I’d plug it in, it would show 30% again to charge up from.
Same watch, had a battery issue, but slightly different to how you describe.
(Incidentally, I’ve ordered a 9 baro now as there were a few niggles with then SSS that bothered me)
