HexHunter crashes my planned workouts

I ran both the HexHunter and a planned workout for the day yesterday on my V2 on the latest firmware and the workout starts as expected. However as I toggle through screens it stops and freezes on the workout screen. I can either reset the watch (hold in the top button until it restarts) or the watch will do that by itself. However if left it does not continue workout and its stays frozen until reset automatically by the watch.
This is the first time I have ever had this issue and I restarted the workout 4 times all with the same results. When I returned home and added and subtracted Suunto plus apps until it did not freeze I found that turning off the HexHunter remedied the issue and my workouts could be done to completion and I could also toggle through the different screens without a freeze or restart.
