Discconted during a long run

I tried this app yesterday for the first time for my family to track me during an ultra 60k run. However, after 38k the connection blew out and they could no long follow me. Have other experienced this, any thing that triggers it?
Needless to say, if there is a risk that it doesnt work also for safety/sos reasons, its not very usefull

@TriMark1984 Contact the developer, he seems great and willing to make this better. This particular S+ app is not developed by Suunto.

@Nikolai-Simonov not sure what i can share with you. I got a quick notification on the watch, after 38.45km it stopped for my followers and i seen in the hisrtory the same. I only just ended the recording now, as that also was still running though my activity ended long ago on the watch.
Is there a log i can share?

I think I had this problem last summer… the watch lost the BT connection to the phone, I think… my family couldn’t follow me after the half of the run…

@TriMark1984 Don’t yo remember which notification? and what watch do u use?
If you share your deviceId or username and aprox. date when it happened it might help me to investigate maybe there was some issue on BE or app side.

Hi Nikolai,Thanks, I dont remember the exact notification I was already suffering in the run

I have a Vertical 2, my username is @markdejong10 and it was on 29-03-2026, start time was at 10:35, it lost connection just under 4 hours later.
