Suunto Vertical 1 - disconnects from the HR belt in cold weather

As in the subject line:
Suunto Vertical 1 - disconnects from the belt in cold weather.
The watch was purchased in December 2025. During that time, it has been serviced 4 times! in the Czech Republic. The service center claims that everything is fine, but I am sure that they did not test it in cold weather or in a refrigerator.
Symptoms:
a. After 5-10 minutes in the cold, the watch disconnects from any belt (Polar H10, 2 different Garmin belts).
b. It then continuously searches for a connection to the belt, but cannot find the HR belt sensor.
c. When I enter a building and it gets warmer, the watch works fine again.
Unfortunately, technical support claims that EVERYTHING IS FINE.
What can I do? Who can I contact?
The watch was tested with several belts.
In addition, a Polar watch or another Suunto Vertical 1, tested with the same belts, work correctly.
This unit is factory defective, but I cannot use it because it does not work below 5 degrees Celsius.
What should I do more? The watch has been sent back to me 4 times already from Czech Republic.
