incorrect frequency and sleep

Hi everyone, on my Suunto race S version 2.50.26 the HR during training continues to remain incorrect even though it is set correctly on the watch, furthermore for sleep I set 7h but after a few days it goes back to 8h giving incorrect morning reports as hours of sleep, does this happen to anyone else?
