Sleep monitoring is far from reality

I’ve been noticing lately that the sleep monitoring is far from correct, the watch compliments me with much longer sleep time than in reality. Even when I stay in bed after waking it counts it as sleep time and not as awake time, also it counts sleep time as when I put my head on the pillow even though I’m far from asleep.
It’s annoying that I can’t rely on this important tool

@peegee I concur…it seems to think I fell asleep at the moment I laid in bed, and woke maybe 30mins to an hour after I did.
On Saturday it had me waking at 9:14. I’d been RUNNING for 15mins by that time…something the watch knew!
This morning my wake time is a minute before I started running…a little better, except I’m pretty sure I wasn’t asleep for the previous 50mins of breakfast etc and a 15-20minute drive!
