@vinc14 HRV range and values are not absolute and are highly individual. Meaning you cannot and should not compare your HRV values with others.

@Freezer
Thanks for your link, it seems useless if you can’t compare it
have a nice day

@vinc14, HRV is (arguably) quite useful as you can evaluate your daily HRV value with your baseline to give you an indication of the state of your physiology. HRV it is not a value to compete with others.

@vinc14 you clearly do not understand what is HRV good for, it’s not useless. It’s not about comparison with other users / people. It’s about your personal range and trends connected with it. For example my range is 32 - 45, my wife has HRV above 80. It’s genetics, everyone is different. But I can follow trends within my range - i.e. when I am sick, my HRV is going down, bellow my minimal range and it’s an early sign that something is wrong. It’s not about one value, but trend over time. There are a lot of articles online, I’d suggest to read up on it and not to make such bold statements that it’s useless.
From the way you ask questions I have the impression that you don’t spend much time with your own research, do you?
