Sleeptracking not showing in watch

Hello!
Does anyone know that is my Suunto watch broken or is this normal in the beginning of the usage of new watch. I bought this watch 3 days ago and it’s not showing my sleep data in my watch but it shows it in the Suunto app?? The sleep tracking just shows that ”sleep not tracked” even tho it is in the app… I already rebooted the whole watch in the second day, HRV monitoring is on, and i also wear the watch in the place and tightness as it should be, also the sleep tracking and 247 daily heartrate is on, and battery saving mode is off. For this reason it is also not showing the morning update because it thinks that i have not slept at all… -

I am having the same problem on my 9PP …it started 3 days ago… -
Yes, ever since Christmas Eve on the new RACE S (the 9PP works well), and it bothers me quite a bit.

Even a hard reset doesn’t work

On Monday I will try to contact Suunto technical support to see if they can provide a solution.

I have a similar issue, looks like my watch lags behind 1 day with showing sleep data. It looks all good on the watch.
