I have both versions installed: the regular Suunto App and the Chinese Suunto App.
I was surprised to see that after syncing my watches with the Chinese app, firmware version 2.48.18 was available there. I checked this on both Race 1 and Race 2.
At the same time, this update is not available in the regular Suunto App.
