Cannot see who messages are from

I recently got a Suunto Run and everything works great and the watch works great since I had the Spartan before but wanted something newer and less bulky. Previously I used my watch to see notifications and who they were from. The notifications that come to my watch show me the app it’s from in most cases but doesn’t tell me who it is from and that’s king of disappointing because it kind of defeats the purpose. What’s also weird is if I’m on the watch it will tell me who it’s from. Not sure if anyone else has this issue but I haven’t been able to find a solution so if anyone has some advice that would be great

Got my Suunto Run today. Firmware updated. Same Problem here (with iPhone).
I get the notifications, but i cannot see from whom they are sent.
There are no options to set. Watch already restartet, but this problem is still here. -
Got a reply from Suunto Support. Seems to be a firmware bug, but there is no timeframe for a fix.
