Suunto 9 Peak Pro no watch faces on watch and in app

Hi.
Today all my watch faces disappeared form my Suunto 9 Peak Pro.
They also disappeared form my suunto app (it shows only a white page)app android v6.4.7
watch software v2.48.16i tried:
- reset the app
- delete&reinstall the app
- clear cache oF APP
- reset the watch
No luck.
Do you have any idea what is happening? -
Afternoon all, I wasn’t sure the best was to post this so I chose to start here.
I woke up this morning to find my suunto peak 9 pro had reverted to the default watch face which isn’t my favourite. I went to change it but there are no longer any downloaded on my watch. In the android app there also don’t appear to be any in the store.
Forgive me if this is all part of some known process. But I thought I would raise it.

My watch (9 Peak Pro) blew itself back to the original chalkboard digits watch face this morning. I’ve updated and restarted the app, rebooted the watch, and the watch face list for the watch, and the watch faces section of the store are both EMPTY!

suddenly the face of my suunto 9 Peak pro changed by itself.
I tryed to access to SuuntoPluso Store but the view of Watch faces is empty.I’m using the firmware version 2.48.16 and latest version of Suunto Android app.
Please can you help me?

Where have the watchfaces gone?
I’ve got a Suunto 9 peak pro and this morning it reverted to the ghastly digital watch face.
I’ve redownloaded the app, updated the software, restarted my watch but in the watch faces menu in the app I just get a white screen.
I really can’t stand the ugly watch face that it’s reverted to. Any news on when the watch screen faces will be reaccessible or what I’m doing wrong?

I have the same problem with S9PP. All watchfaces vanished from my watch and app as well.

Well there’s some comfort in knowing its just not at my end haha

Vertical and 9PP lost all watch faces today. After some syncs with the app the watch faces came back, but the configuration was lost. Both watches are running the newest firmware.
On both watches it happens while syncing with the app during Suunto plus synchronisation.

I can’t confirm (yet). I still have my watch face and all the watch faces in the Suunto App -

Investigating, only S9PP are affected. Even more specifically newer, China-made S9PP

In case it could help investigation, I have no prob at this moment with a 9PP made in PRC and iOS.
