Recovery time

I have 20 recorded sessions of ice hockey games and my stats show an average of approximately 380 hours of recovery time following each session. Something here doesn’t make sense. Any ideas?

@tommieboy 380 hours of recovery… mate, that’s not “recovery time,” that’s paid vacation

Something’s definitely off — trust me on this one.Don’t worry about the recovery number. It gets dramatic sometimes, like a friend who says “I’ll be there in 5 minutes” but hasn’t even left the house yet.
Just check these instead:
Lowest sleeping heart rate – the real indicator
HRV – your in-game health bar
Your actual body feeling – if you wake up feeling like you’re still in overtime, then yeah… you’re not recovered
Forget the 380 hours. Your watch is trolling you
