Run version 3.22.18.

@Brad_Olwin will we got this in all other models too!?
-
@GiPFELKiND Other models have ZS displayed in the outer ring, which seems more convenient as ZS appears on multiple screens

Question: I have autolap set to every 1km and I noticed the autolap screen has changed from showing avg pace of the lap and av lap hr of the lap to showing avg pace of the lap twice and avg lap hr of the lap. Is there a way to change this or is this intentional (and if so, why show the same stat twice)?
-
Thanks for the update.
But I think it would be interesting to add it to the ZS ring, since road runners can’t be switching screens while running at high speeds.
I hope to see it someday on the Suunto Run; it would be fantastic news and it would be a perfect watch.
-
@aerodynamik no way to change it but, it’s not Avg pace twice, it’s lap duration at the top, then avg lap page + Avg lap hr, if not mistaken this is now same as all other Suunto watches.
-
@herlas ah thanks, that makes sense!
-
The HRV module on the watch face currently displays the 7-day average rather than last night’s value, which I believe would be more useful. I don’t recall which value was shown previously, but I would at least like the option to see last night’s value.
-
@Tomi The recovery widget will show last night’s HRV

Release notes
3.22.18Staged update starting on November 6th, 2025
Added customization support for lap data screens during exercise. How and where? Couldn’t find anything to customize.
Also, the font on the lap screen is now much smaller and with less contrast then before. It’s even much smaller then the regular activity screens, and at least for my use, the opposite would would have been desirable since lap screens are mush more of the “fast glance” type.
And I really don’t see the reason, it’s not even that there’s new data, only a small font and a lot of dead space. It’s so small I couldn’t even tell what data it was showing, but I guess it was elapsed time.I appreciate the work that the developers do to make the Suunto Run better, really! But for me the new lap screens are much less usable the previous ones.

I see now when watch dimmed while in training we can pause with one click but why can’t we resume with same button?
Also when on main screen and locking buttons by holding one switch why not to unlock the screen by holding same button?
On top I would like to add that my watch just restarted without any reason while watching film

Ctrl Panel > Settings > Activity & Train. > Button pref.
-
@WlodiPawel-87 I have not had any restarts and don’t have answers for the other questions. I am not a developer.
-
@oni0n for new lap data table, on SA go to sport mode customization and you can add a manual lap table now, that didn’t exist before. Note this is only for manual laps not for auto laps or those from structured workout.
-
@Hari-Seldon I see this was implemented but still if I can pause my training with top button why not to resume my training with same top button? To resume crown needs to be pressed which is way less comfortable as it can rotate while in training.
When paused top button becomes useless -
Guys - another question, can you please check if when automatically setting up elevation gain is it saving for you?
I have done it on my vertical and run previously setting my elevation gain to incorrect and within 5min vertical corrected all and Run just notified me about elevation being corrected (exactly same as vertical, both were sitting on windows ledge) but run never saved it. I had to put it manually . -
@WlodiPawel-87 It seems something like this issue reported a while ago. Try performing a soft reset and check if the problem is fixed.
-
Just found another annoying issue, I’m literally back from running and in winter time I have been always using arm HR strap with my vertical, so this morning just paired it with my RUN, went on start line and after a mile my raise to wake did not work at all until I press lap button to wake my screen up. So annoying during the big run.
Since we have a winter here I always wear my watch over my jacket sleeve as pulse is coming from HR sensor and here is what I found , when watch have no direct contact with skin, raise to wake is NOT working
-
@WlodiPawel-87 weird, here it’s used in the same way and RTW works

-
@Hari-Seldon I need to check my vertical later today as I’m not sure due to the screen being active there all the time
