Recovery time

Since the Suunto Run doesn’t include recovery time estimation, how can we determine how much recovery time we actually need?
Or is it something that isn’t really essential to know?Thank you in advance…

@ahstreak I thought estimated recovery time is not showing yet because Im less than 2 weeks using the RUN. How long have you been using yours?
In any case, there’s Recovery section in Watch and App which considers HRV, Sleep and Training. So far its when it deep below 60% I know I have to be easy with my runs.
Still its just algorithim like any watches, better ask and assess yourself on your own how you feel and whether you should be running hard or not.

@Jervin-Reyes I’ve been using this watch for over a month.
Actually, I was referring to the estimated recovery time feature that’s available on the Garmin Forerunner 55, which is Garmin’s most basic running watch. It’s also available on the Suunto Race and Race S. This feature estimates how many hours you need to recover before your next activity.

@ahstreak Seems like its not availabe in RUN at the moment.
I just rely on Recovery Tab which pretty spot on so far to me. Training feelings seems part of equation and I have seen my Recovery deep as low as 30% recently.
While Estimated Recovery time is good to have, it just estimate and you dont have to complete it to do another workout. Also I seen in Suunto Reddit that they having issue with it (4-5digits) if workout is too long, hence its OK for me to not have it instead of giving me garbage numbers.
