Training Zones - HR / Pace / Power (Running)

Do each of these need to be configured in the watch or can you just stick with one and then set that in the app?
For example: Use TSS (hr) and then all you need to worry about is configuring the HR zones? And can ignore the advanced zones section for running and cycling.
Lot of my runs have been tagged with VO2 max so thought I’d check with the experts in here

I had surgery in Dec last year and I’m ready to get back into proper training after spending a long time trying to get to the bottom of the root cause of it.

@andrewjknox since the last update all zones are Wrong. You have set your custom Heart Rate Zones new, and your pace zones, too. Then all should work like expected

@GiPFELKiND Ahh, I knew the HR zones had reset which I’ve already done but good to know I need to do the pace zones too! Guess it’s time to figure those out
