Sleep tracking after update
-
After the latest update of the watch, the problem with sleep tracking was supposed to be fixed. On the contrary, it got worse for me. Before the update, the watch accurately recorded the start of sleep, the end of sleep, naps during the day, and even interruptions in sleep at night during toilet visits. After the update, it gives me naps during the day that were not there at all. Also, the start of sleep does not always correspond to reality, and it often does not record toilet visits during the night. I have a Suunto Race. Has anyone else noticed that it is much worse after the update?

Sleep tracking is a disaster, mine is just as bad. I’ll have to wait for an update.

I’ve a race and, apart a possible underestimation of the awake time intervals, the sleep tracking works as before for me.

@Jacek-0 in my case i had issues for the first time ever in previous version, now it’s back working correctly for me.

Sometimes you should adjust your resting heart rate to stay above 60 bpm
-
@SODIUM Why? I have the correct 49 beats minimum heart rate set at night
-
@Miroslava Sometimes you may experience accumulated stress or illness, which can cause your resting heart rate to rise. When your resting heart rate doesn’t reach 49 bpm, the watch might not record your sleep. Therefore, it’s recommended to set the resting heart rate threshold slightly higher to ensure sleep tracking works properly.

@SODIUM ah I didn’t know that, thank you
