Error 1403 message. Day old watch

Race 2 delivered yesterday. One 11 mile run today no issues. This afternoon it has gone into a cycle of error code 1403. Soft reset doesn’t do anything. Unable to connect to laptop for hard reset until I can get a usb A to c adapter to connect the charger. Anyone else had similar issues?)

@britishrunnertime Hi I had the same issue https://forum.suunto.com/post/174174 I send it for repair and within 10 days they sent me a new one, just receive it today.
