      Hi everyone

I just want to set a different hr zones for every sport. For example, i want to arrange my zones for running as max 198 (and of course the others zones will suits this value) and for bike as 188… but when i did it, it all became same, the last value i arranged.

By the way, in settings i clicked the training menue, i entered intensity zones and i selected advanced zones activity specific zones. I entered the value which i prefer, but nothing changed… all the values is became the last value which i entered. Can you help me

@Sezer-Yiğit You can only set different zone minimums for running and cycling (Zone 5 minimum, Zone 4 minimum, etc.). You cannot set a different Max HR for different activities. Your Max HR is universal across all activities.

The most important setting is actually the Zone 5 minimum as this should represent your anaerobic threshold. Max HR is less important.
