Setup New Watch

Hello.
If I change from one Suunto Watch to a new one, which data is take over to the new watch (maybe from the App) and which data or settings need to be entered manually in the new watch?
I am thinking of things like:
HR Zones
Sleep Settings
Display and Sound Settings
Personal Sport Modes
Watch Faces
Suunot Plus Apps and Guidesetc.
Thank you for any hints

@Stoke80 only S+ apps, guides, watch faces. Everything else you need to setup again.

Somewhere I read that personal sports modes are also taken from the app? But I trust you more than any random source on the I-Net.
But would have nice if it was true, as it’s always time consuming task to set them up again.

@Stoke80 Sports modes are setup in the App but linked to one watch. I use SV and SRs, I don’t use the same personnal sport modes on each watch.
