            Hi,

I waited a while before reporting this, but I think sleep needs to be tweaked a bit more because afaic it doesn’t recognize well when I’m awake and when I’m asleep.
For example, last night I helped a friend who had surgery, and it wasn’t an easy night. I stayed awake to assist him from ~11:30 p.m. to ~4:00 a.m., and the watch didn’t recognize the awake interval at all (which happens often). Head and tail were ok though.

My std sleep interval is set to 9.30pm to 6.15am

Has anyone tested the new features with Suunto Smart Sensor and can say something about it?

@VoiGAS What do you mean specifically? I’m sorry, but I’m afraid I don’t get it

If you were referring to the HR delay with .22, I’ve never had that.

@Hari-Seldon I meant the new metrics that should be available when using the Suunto Smart Sensor. “Metrics reading from HR belts with additional metrics such as those from Garmin.” was the mysterious name

@Hari-Seldon @VoiGAS Suunto smart sensor doesn’t not provide additional metrics, a few Garmin belts do, it was around that ability to read them that SRun gained.

@herlas Additional metrics when using a competitors Accessoires? That sounds like a strange decision…

@Hari-Seldon I no longer have the Suunto Run to test it, but the Garmin HRM Pro+ does these things:

                              ****RUNNING DYNAMICS

HRM-Pro Plus captures running dynamics — such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio and more — to help improve your form and enable running power on your compatible Garmin watch****

I am assuming that you can now see these things when you use the HRM with your Run.

Suunto Vertical, Race, Race 2, Race S and Run. Rocking the Vertical 2 Titanium at the moment.
Garmin: Fenix 7X, Epix Pro 51mm, Forerunner 265.
                              Coros: Pace Pro, Apex 4
